Service Description: Katto provides a mobile application connecting passengers with drivers for transportation.
Eligibility You must be 18 to create an account on Katto and use our services.
Account Creation: To fully use the Katto service, you must register as a user by providing a valid email address and creating a password.
Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and password and restricting access to your mobile device.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service.
Content Standards: Any content you upload or contribute to the App must be accurate (where it states facts), genuinely held (where it states opinions), and comply with applicable law in any country from which it is posted.
Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated automatically based on the distance traveled and the type of service requested.
Payment Methods:Katto accepts various forms of payment, which are described in the app. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations:You can cancel booked rides through the App. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Refunds:Refund requests must be submitted through the customer support channel. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Ownership: The content on this App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Katto and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Usage Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from Katto.
Katto and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, related to the use of the App.
Termination by User:You may terminate these Terms anytime by closing your account and ceasing use of all services.
Termination by Katto:Katto may terminate your access to all or any part of the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
Modifications: We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at anytime. If we make changes, we will post the revised terms and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms.
