If you experience a problem during your ride (like an incorrect fare charge, poor service, or safety concerns), Katto encourages you to report the issue through the app. Depending on the situation, Katto may offer a refund in same mode of payment or Katto credits for future rides. Refund will be done within 5-7 business days.
